Cash on delivery is the payment method this website can complete. You place the order without paying online. The amount due is the total shown at checkout, and it is collected when the parcel arrives. Online card and wallet payments are not active.

Orders are packed for courier delivery inside Pakistan. Major cities often take a few working days. Remote valleys can take longer when roads are closed. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time. Free delivery applies when the merchandise total, after discounts, is Rs. 3,000 or more. Otherwise the delivery fee is Rs. 250.

Not yet. The checkout accepts Pakistani addresses and an international phone format so the account model can grow, but international shipping is not offered.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the pack. Opened food can be reviewed when there is a clear quality problem. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are arranged after the report is checked. They are not issued automatically by this website.

Keep dried fruit and nuts sealed, cool, and dry. Refrigerate nuts if you will keep them for more than a few weeks. Raw honey can stay at room temperature. If it crystallises, stand the closed jar in warm water.

This site does not display a certification seal. Product pages describe ingredients and origin as supplied for the catalogue. A certification will be added to a product only after the business provides the document.
