This shop stores the details needed to deliver an order and to keep an account.
What is collected
Orders store the recipient name, phone, address, optional email, gift note, and the items purchased. Accounts store a name, email, optional phone, and a hashed password. Contact messages and newsletter emails are stored for the shop to read. The cart and wishlist use a cookie on your browser.
What is not collected here
Card numbers are not collected, because card payment is not connected. Passwords are stored as a salted hash, not as plain text.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A cart cookie keeps the basket and wishlist. Both are HTTP-only and limited to this site.
Sharing
Delivery details are meant for the courier that carries the parcel. They are not sold as a marketing list by this application. A production database, when configured, is the system of record.
